At the bottom of the pump is a lock to turn the filter on and off. When the filter is on, you can use the pump in dirty water. The mesh will stop particles more than 1 mm in diameter. Switch the filter off while using in clean water.
With three timer settings, you can set the pump to 5,10 or 15 minutes. So you can perform other tasks while the pump moves up to 4,200 litres of water per hour.
The included hook makes it easy to move your battery tray out of the way and clamp it to water.
